What is a skilled translator (ANTS)?

The remote services to exchange your driver's license (ANTS) requests a translation from a skilled translator. That means a sworn translator listed officially with the Court of Appeals. The sworn translator will issue a certified translation of your DL and your history report ("assermenté") to be submitted to the ANTS online procedure.
